Originally created by Mutable Instruments the LINKS is an indispensable utility module. It has three sections, each with a bi-colored LED to indicate positive and negative voltage. The first section is a one-to-three buffered multiple. This is ideal for having a consistent 1:1 to all three outputs.
The second section is the precision adder. This is somewhat similar to the buffered multiple by having two outputs that are matched, but there are two inputs. The outputs will be the voltage sum of the two inputs. This is great for changing keys or octaves in a sequence.
The third section is a three-to-one mixer. Each input is attenuated 33% to allow an even mix without overloading the output. This also affect CV by reducing it by a third.
